All fine, but bikes unreliable

We had an awesome trip with friends! The rooftop pool was a highlight and perfect after visiting the Nescafé Theater and exploring local parks. The staff was super helpful, especially with our breakfast choices. Expect a nice atmosphere and cozy rooms during your stay.

One downside was the lack of hot water for a couple of days, which was frustrating, especially without an explanation or an apology.

The culinary scene near the Ladera Boutique is thriving—you can't miss the iconic sandwiches at PastaPazza and the fresh veggie vibes at El Huerto! Plus, the location is prime for wandering around Costanera Center and grabbing bites. My Superior King Room was a cozy retreat, and the staff were super polite.

The Superior King Room was spacious and well-ventilated, which I really appreciated. The bed was huge and super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean, and I liked the decor. The separate shower and the frosted glass loo were a bit odd, but they worked fine. Overall, just felt like a nice place to hang out after a long day in Santiago.

I recently stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved how the rooftop pool offered stunning views of the area, while I truly appreciated being just a few steps from the beautiful Sculpture Park Museum, making my daily city walks incredibly enjoyable.
